Variegated with creamy yellow blades and dark green borders, this sedge will usually be about 10" tall and 20" wide — a nice round, dense fountain given consistently moist soil and part shade. Mulch would be in order to maintain moisture.
Sorry, no grasses or sedges can be shipped to California.
